The story behind GEOSnitch

In late 2024, our founder ran a single experiment: he asked ChatGPT to recommend the "best analytics tool for a small B2B SaaS." His own company — well-ranked on Google, with thousands of backlinks — wasn't mentioned once. Three smaller competitors were.

That was the moment it clicked. Search had quietly forked. One half still went to Google; the other half went to AI assistants. And the rules, the signals, the playbook for the AI half didn't exist yet. There was no Search Console, no Ahrefs, no Semrush for ChatGPT.
